I learned how to skip rebuilding The Eastern Stairs in the Lord of the Rings: Return to Moria! Normally in Return to Moria, you must spend a lot of Black Diamonds to build the Eastern Stairs and progress into the Dwarrowdelf... but I found a way to skip this step and still enter the next Return to Moria zone after the Lower Deeps!
