A Sabrett push cart hot dog isn’t complete until it’s slathered with this tangy, orange onion sauce. I copied this sauce back in 2001 for my book “Even More Top Secret Recipes”.

Sadly, it doesn’t taste as good as I remember. Did I get a bad batch, or could it be that they changed the recipe?
