This Tow Truck driver likes to prey on accident victims and is posted at this Shell Gas Station.
I confronted him on video but did want to put his face on the internet and get into any trouble for that.
After my accident the officer did not show up for awhile. The tow driver that works for AC Center / ALLIED Tow Truck Company showed up. He sees me on the phone but still He lifted up my vehicle with out my consent and demanded I pay him $175.00 I was calling Triple AAA platinum membership before and they will pick up your vehicle for FREE. He seen me calling them and kept telling me to get off the phone so he could talk to me. I told him I have Triple AAA membership so I do not need your service because I already knew what he was up to when he first got there. He insisted he would help me and I told him no but when I turn my back to talk to Triple AAA he started to lift my vehicle with out my consent.
Is small claims court the only way to get some of the money back?
