Today I’m sharing my 36-week hair regrowth update (I couldn't wait until the end of the month), but I’ve also made a significant change to my routine that many of you have been asking me about. After speaking with my doctor during my annual visit, I started low-dose oral minoxidil on April 5th while continuing my topical treatments. The results from the oral minoxidil are not yet evident in this video. I’ll show you updated scalp footage after my fresh root touch-up, talk about the shedding phase I experienced, and share what my hairstylist of nearly 30 years noticed during my appointment.
