This is a long but exciting video; in this ChatGPT session, I spend time with the tool to challenge it through a procurement scenario that is limited in data and complex and see how it responds. I will challenge it to many decisions in yesterday's world left to the judgment of humans and see how good it is to make such a judgment or even if it is better than the average procurement professional's judgments!
ChatGPT, a large language model trained by OpenAI, will provide expert advice on executing a procurement project in Nigeria! ChatGPT will analyze a case study I crafted involving a telecommunication system for an oil and gas control room, including outsourcing and procuring other systems. ChatGPT will provide recommendations for selecting the best supplier, drafting a contract with appropriate terms, and minimizing risks associated with the project, based on its vast knowledge and experience in various domains.
Also, I will ask ChatGPT to help me with specific risks to Nigeria as a location, Sustainability alternatives to execute with the lowest footprint, and finally, even to which level I negotiate the price!
