Home prices has gone so high that I probably would not be able to rent my own house! The current situation in 2025 requires a 6.5% APR on 30 year mortgages and this translates to roughly a $150k salary needed for each $500k of loan. Therefore, if you want a $1.5M loan, you'll need a $450k salary. This amount is ridiculous. Any yet, property taxes remains low due to California's Prop 13 and can be used in conjunction with Prop 19 to transfer property taxes within California to another county as long as you are over 55 years old.

It includes an EV rated fuse which is even better than a Class T by a slight margin. The internal LiFePO4 batteries are Grade A EVE cells and it is built very well internally using bus bars rather than the typical cables with lugs. It has built in communication ports with many of the popular hybrid inverters and even includes a quick connect cable system that covers any exposed metal contacts. Overall a great server rack battery. I do have to mention that while testing, I have found the internal EVE batteries are UL tested while the entire unit is not. You can schedule when you mow your lawn and even make sure it does not mow it on rainy days. During testing, it appears to have some trouble with long weeds.
