Can you freeze-dry guacamole and have it reconstitute to taste the same? I was totally skeptical, until I tried it!
Now we'll have jars of this on our pantry shelf, just waiting until we're ready for taco night. Come watch as I freeze-dry avocados, guacamole, cilantro and even sliced lime wedges... yes, they actually come back just like a fresh lime!
