Apologies for going missing in action - I can explain! After visiting my mother in law, and then a friend here in Ireland, I was struck down with a kidney stone. I have no memories whatsoever of last Saturday - apparently I woke in great pain and Lol called an ambulance and I was whizzed away to hospital. Fortunately the stone passed by itself but I have been given antibiotics for a week in case of infection. This medication is so strong I have been feeling completely whacked and weak and have stayed in bed for the last week. Looking forward to getting over this and ensuring that my health is stronger and better than ever. Looking forward to presenting a better video next Sunday.
