THanks to the Stam1os Tweaks mod we have on the Just Create mod server, we can automate copper! But its not an easy process and results in me building a GIANT factory, but now we have automated copper in minecraft create mod!

About the modpack:
This modpack is designed to be light - featuring the Create: Post Production update and a few minor quality of life mods. No fluff, no additional mobs, structures, tech or world generation, just create!
This pack will get a few updates in future as certain mods become available on this version (Steam & Rails mainly!), but the aim is to keep it as close to vanilla+ create as possible.
