As a product manager in a regulated financial institution, I spend hours every week in meetings; and even more time answering the same questions afterward. Messy notes, scattered decisions, and missing context create real risk and waste valuable time. Traditional AI meeting tools weren’t an option due to strict compliance constraints, so I built my own AI PM Operating System.
In this video, I show how I capture raw voice notes in Obsidian, sync them automatically, and process them later using Cursor and Claude to transform unstructured thoughts into a structured, searchable knowledge base. Decisions, people, projects, and constraints are continuously updated, making the system smarter after every meeting.
The result is an AI thought partner that understands my context, remembers decisions, and helps me focus on what matters each week, without invasive tools or cloud dependencies.
