You guys asked for this. I dug through everything I still had, bolted it on, and then tried to ride it through the pea gravel pit. It ended up at 43 pounds and 5 ounces, which is still lighter than most e-bikes, and I bet your e-bike doesn't have heated grips.
Turns out a $400 stem, bamboo handlebars, a suspension seatpost adapter, and the Nutcrusher 4000 all stacked together make for the most compliant bicycle I've ever ridden.
