It seems I broke Skyrim! This magic setup is the most fun thing I've done in Skyrim in a while! Stack the secret bonus of a helmet in Skyrim's Anniversary Edition on top of the Necromage perk while being a vampire on top of some other perks and a certain potion plus two new creation club spells to absolutely break your Skyrim mage playstyle!
