Over the last month the Scrap Life team has been working hard to 2JZ swap my Dodge Hellcat. Surprisingly, 2JZ swapping a Dodge Hellcat went easier than we thought. Now that it's running though, keeping my 2JZ swapped Dodge Hellcat in once piece might prove to be harder than I thought!
I have 48 hours to get ready to put my 2JZ Dodge Hellcat on FuelTech's dyno. But I can't seem to keep my 2JZ Dodge Hellcat running! We have a massive engine oil leak coming from the back of the 2JZ. Some sort of weird fuel pressure issue possibly related to the Dodge Hellcat fuel tank design. Oh, and once we get all of that fixed, my 2JZ Dodge Hellcat decided to grenade a pretty crucial driveline component. Nothing is ever easy! What can you expect when you swap a 1200HP capable 2JZ engine into a Dodge Hellcat though?
