I bought the cheapest Gaming PC From eBay. Did I get scammed?

In today's video I decided to buy a cheap 'gaming pc' from ebay so I could run minecraft on a lower end system just like some of my subscribers do. In this video I unbox the pc, set it all up and do some initial tests and lets just say this item was not what I was expecting... I wouldn't ask for one of these for Christmas!

Hope you guys all enjoy this new type of video if you guys could like subscribe and comment that would really mean a lot on a video so the video reaches as many people as possible. I see lots of people buying cheap minecraft prebuilt gaming pc from ebay and lots of people buy gaming pc on wish too but I think I did pretty well for a 200$ gaming pc
