I bought the cheapest 250 cc dirtbike at Walmart and to my surprise it was actually really good for $1200. I didn’t realize it when I purchased it, but it came with a VIN number blinkers headlights and a certificate of origin so I called the DMV to see if I could make the cheapest new 250cc dirt bike road legal.
