I grabbed a cheap custom built Gaming PC off eBay, which isnt that unusual. But after a rather "informative" listing, and a good price were involved all seemed well. That was until the PC wouldnt turn on, and things only went downhill from there. So join me for a bit of a fun one that answers some important Budget PC Questions, and also just try and make things work!
