The full build and strat:
Yes, my character is max level, but you only need to be just under RL300 to make the strat work. The necessary stats are 99 Vigor/Str/Dex, 31 Endurance, and 12 FTH
Weapons:
Quality Fire Knight Greatsword+25 (two-handed) with Royal Knight's Resolve
Poisoned hand in off-hand
Armor: Mushroom Crown, rakshasa set for other pieces
Talismans: Kindred of Rot Exultation (hardswap to Red Feather Branchsword when talking through gate), Spear Talisman, Two-handed Sword Talisman, Axe Talisman
Consumables, in order: Raw meat dumpling (triggers poison buffs), Physick (Bloodsucking cracked tear, spiked cracked tear), and Bloodboil Aromatic
The strat is simply to land a charged R2 with counterhit damage (the hit must be thrust damage and land during the enemy attack) and then be low enough HP during phase 2 that you can land a charged counterhit again during Miquella's light.
