Been playing this seriously every now and then for about 4 years. This level is an absolute chore to grind when you're not consistent at it which I wasn't for a long time. Only after getting native 144hz in 2020 did I start making some half decent progress with 79%. Then like 6 months ago when I got 240hz I achieved 84% which was my best until yesterday when I tried out the Click Between Frames mod on Geode and managed to get the final boost I needed to be able to push through. Even after all that work though I don't really feel satisfied with this completion especially since I failed to beat it with the Michi route which was a big thing I wanted to do. Overall sort of a disappointing and generic hardest to have but at least I can say that I've done it.
