The recent Mario Kart Wii Retro Rewind update added new custom characters so we created a randomizer challenge that anyone can play offline.

RULES:
- Intense CPU's enabled
- Item Rain and Retro Tracks enabled
- 10 items only enabled (remove all projectiles)
- 3 Race GP, randomized tracks, Hard CPU, All vehicles
- Press Start on character selection screen to randomize combo every time!
- Go for the longest streak of GP wins

Mario Kart Retro Rewind was created by ZPL. It eventually will feature every track from all Mario Kart games and currently there are 180+ tracks.
○ No NAND is required to play online for this mod.

○ Get Dolphin emulator and WheelWizard to install Retro Rewind.
○ WheelWizard application installs Retro Rewind, boots directly, auto updates and will display all open worldwide rooms (miis, names, VR, friend codes).
