HD. Please. Just please. Buhhh.
So this is a TAR (They're all Real Roleplay) project I started working on end of January/beginning of February to chart Jim's development as a character since I've put so much investment into him. And after two months of finicking with Vegas and sobbing over silly mistakes I just decided to get it out there as is. This video contains a lot so let me break it down.

Character Analysis:
"I am the only son." As soon as I heard this lyric on the radio I scrambled home to find which Mumford and Sons song it was because it was a perfect fit for Jim. This line says so much about my character, his insecurities of being left by his adoptive father, his fears about not living up to what his birth parents wanted him to be as one of the few druids surviving the genocide of his species, it even speaks a bit about him and his Aunt Sarah's relationship, how it's strained because she's never had any children and He is her 'only child'.

Relationships:
I focused on some characters more than others simply because of the effect they've had on Jim. Milo being the first one to have him open up and find his voice, Flynn his brother that never lost faith in him, Cinderella who inspired him to have courage in the darkest of situations, Madeline the woman who taught him the meaning of love and cherishing that love - staying true and constant, Pietro who he could always hope to find a fun time with and a friend that's stuck with him though they weren't exactly close in the beginning.

Then a couple others I added for their negative affects. Moses, now a very good friend who once tempted him and used him - who he ended up teaching the value of life and love and friendship, all the things his father never taught him and believing in him to do the right thing. Thrax, the demon he summoned that could be considered his subconscious 'dark' side - as corny as that sounds. The demon he battled to get his life back from. Kurt, a friend who helped him out in a time of grief and gave him strength and a boost to stand on his own two feet but also has his own personal agenda in helping him - planning to collect Jim's soul when the right time comes. Silver, someone he loves so much and yet despises and hates with a passion for always leaving him - however rational or irrational that may sound. Eric, a respected teacher whom he has now forgiven and settled with but feels conflicted about even still (though to a much less degree). He betrayed his parents trust and sold them out to the other vampires, an act of greed that will haunt Eric all his days. He feels semi responsible for Jim not having loving parents and Jim would agree it is his fault.

Others friends and people he looks up to: Jack, Hanyuu, Calla, Kiba, Gabriel, Anita, Esme - all of which taught him valuable lessons I wish I had all the time in the world to vid ;x; And I still lol over how Jim and Phoebus' hate relationship changed to them being cool with each other and kind of friends. Ahem. I digress. There are so many other characters I love that just haven't had enough interaction with him that I would have liked to scooch in here too, Bernard, Dean, Odette, Francis, Jimena, Cale, Lilo, Rosaay, Danny, etc. They're all great characters I love 8')

Plot Points:
The first and most important being his connection to Lord Ruthven, the now deceased vampire that led others to his Father's Clan. Their camp slaughtered and the only one to survive the whole ordeal - him. This moment in history has defined my character.

The second plot point was the deal he made with Eris and how she helped him summon one of the most powerful demons - Thrax - to this plain of existance. Although this was very bad had it not happened Jim would not be the character I have no and I would worry for his safety (cause we've seen how reckless he is xD)

Thirdly the deaths he's experienced. His Aunt Sarah and Uncle Silver are both dead now. Luckily these events have not influenced him too negatively thanks to his friends.

On a more personal note:
I just wanted to say thank you to Usa and Jen, the creators of TAR. Our roleplay's one year anniversary passed a couple month's ago and I was sad I didn't have this done in time. I wish I had. But que sera sera 8'v I feel very blessed to have gotten into this rp. I made so many friends and I just wanted to take this moment to express how much I love all of the members. Thank you for making my days so enjoyable and for helping me develop my editing and writing. I'm so grateful to get to spend time with you guys and to be friends 8') Thank you, thank you, thank you! /curls up in corner ;3; Iloveyouguys.
