Meet Renee Wilson, a second-generation insulation professional. She was in fifth grade when her dad, Gary “Rocky” Rockweiler, launched his one-man insulation company in their hometown just outside Madison, Wisconsin. Despite growing up in the family business and loving it, she never planned to run it. But along the way, something changed. Today, she runs Rockweiler Insulation. A woman in the insulation industry, she’s bringing her own perspective, skills and experience to lead the company forward, while building on her dad’s example of doing good work and treating people right.
