Once again we are adding more mods, more tweaks. I think we've got it this time. Not quite ready for stream, as usual, but intro settings should only be 10-20 mins. I hope.
The challenge we are recreating needs a lot of fine tuning. Basically we're mashing a load of mods together to create something that looks like I am legend.
Notably: barricade hurt zombies, which means that zombies can attack our base every night without us having to defend frantically for our lives. We just have to make sure the base is sufficiently barricaded then, then repair the damage every morning. It's a core part of the book.
Fear the sun makes zombies seek indoors during the day, and then go inactive. This time we're switching what mods do what, so now instead of having zombies spawn in the world, they'll be spawned by mods, for the night attacks at least. I think this is the way to go.
Horde night and here they come! supply the night zombies. Zombies were being deplted even with 100% respawn every day and 2x pop, because fear the sun prevented them migrating during the day. so attacks got smaller. Horde night will activate every day, sending 20-50 zombies to us as a 'base' level of zombies. Here they come will occur at some interval we'll figure out during stream which will give us a really big horde for one night every week or so that we need to really worry about and prepare for.
