Okay so I own the Ocs,

The bill cypher Luke's doge: Royalty
The Seawitch: Queen

Okay so the story is that Queen was accidentally banished to the dimension where Royal and his friends live. (Royalty is the literal ruler of everything.) she was going to ask Royal how to get home on but then she saw Royal for the first time and fell in love with him. So she decided to put herself into his life by pretending to be the bad guy and pretending to want royals power. When Royal finally gets face to face with her, she confesses her love for him. But Royal didn't care. She had defied a god, and the price for that is eternal suffering. So, Royals punishment for her was giving her the thing she had wanted more then ever. The ability to explore the sea for all her life. (He gave her a mermaid tail, gills and eternal life.) but then banished her the the bottom of the sea forever.....
