After nearly 10 years of streaming, I wanted to have an honest conversation with you all.
Live streaming has been an incredible journey, and I'm genuinely grateful for this community. But when it comes to offline content like YouTube videos and Shorts... I've struggled.
In this vlog I talk about why I think that is, how my content has never really connected the way I'd hoped outside of livestreams, and why I still believe the answer isn't giving up—it's continuing to learn, experiment, and fail upwards.
I also discuss ideas from Gary Vee about becoming "the algorithm," why every creator's path is different, and how creators ranging from highly produced filmmakers to everyday personalities have all found success in completely different ways.
This isn't a pity party—it's an honest reflection on where I am as a creator, what I've learned over the past decade, and where I hope to go next.
If you're a creator who's ever wondered why your content isn't taking off, hopefully this conversation helps you feel a little less alone.
