There's no such thing as unisex! So call it what it is....women having to buy and wear men's t-shirts.
Whether you can choose which size to buy and start larger, or you want to fit the shirts you have so you want to wear them, use your favorite T-Shirt pattern to alter store-bought shirts to fit you!
I'm using a self-drafted T-Shirt that I have fit and continue to fit!
