In this video we diagnose an ABS fault on a Mini Cooper that nearly led me down the wrong path. Everything seemed to point towards a faulty ABS module and I was close to replacing it but the real problem turned out to be something else.
This is a great example of why proper diagnostic testing matters, especially with ABS faults, communication faults, wiring problems, and control module diagnosis. Even when you follow the right process it’s still possible to almost misdiagnose the vehicle if you don’t double-check the evidence.
