I planned to use this album as a base for a soundtrack of a game I might going to make.
This album is based around my character (Blue/Aoi)'s whimsical journey, and there's a lot of J-POP inspirations from this one creation. Currently I'm still working on the album and after I'm done I'll post it on Bandcamp.
Art and music entirely made by me.
I made two versions with different drums, one is the usual drum sample I used, the other is much more accurate to the original, taken from roland sc-55.
I also made Don't Go Off as a bonus since if it was just the intro music the video would've been too short.

Anyways I've discovered a great guitar soundfont (Metal GTX) that includes every type of strumming, combined with RockRack V3 VST, it makes an incredibly realistic guitar sound.

I added the PCM loop at the end (yes it uses the RF5 soundchip), it may or may not fit well with the rest of the track.

Even though multiple HD remixes already exists officially, I just wanted to make something that would sound more 90s, since the Mega Drive version of Cave Story already existed, I wouldn't mind to work for the Mega CD version specifically for the music
(btw I spent many days just to draw the cover art lol)

it's just an another track that will be released inside Ultimate SNES Sampling Vol.1 but this one will also receive its own single release.
The ARAM usage is around 54kb with around 11 samples

Also the newest furnace update allows you to see the ARAM in much detail now, including the echo buffer. Not only that but the tracker seems to be much more optimized with ARAM usage but it's probably just me.
The ARAM usage is around 52kb (81% out of the entire ARAM) with around 15 samples

Made a late 90s inspired Big Beat, using Fatboy Slim, Junkie XL, or The Prodigy as my main inspiration.
Drumloop sample came from Best Service Pack sample CD, you could get it on archive.
As for technical stuff, it uses about 53kb of ARAM with some echoes, many of the instruments are wavetable synths which is why I'm able to save lots of memory without compromising sound quality.

Mr.4WD is pretty much my favorite dealer theme in the game, and I'm arranging this in the style of early 90s Slow Jams, and also taking inspiration from Naofumi Hataya once again.
If you don't know Gran Turismo, it's basically a simcade racer made by Polyphony digital exclusively for the Playstation. This game blew me away when I was a little kid due to how realistic it handle, especially GT4, that game was peak racing game era.
Instruments (vst) I used are Korg M1 (including the drums), Roland JV-1080, and Roland JD-800. Orchestra hit sample is from Zero G datafile.

by far the hardest and biggest track I've worked on, especially when the nylon guitar by itself got multiple samples, and I make use of furnace's sample mapping feature. Also have to cut the drumloop into pieces to make sure it follows the tempo and removed the repeated drums.
and it is also my most muffled work yet, mostly because all samples are below 30khz. I tried high passing them and they don't sound quiet as great so I just leave it as is (tbh I kinda liked the warmth sounds anyways). And I make use of the SNES surround echo + FIR filter to make the bass "bassier"
This uses 59kb (+ 2kb of echo) of ARAM, with a whopping 18 samples being loaded. And if I want to put this into a game, I might have need to do the sample streaming trick or else no space available for sound effects.

Again, the reason why I put some of the past tracks in different key because all of the other mixes have similar keys. Unlike Metallic Madness where other mixes completely have different keys altogether. But I'd still give the original pitch since some people might prefer that.

You could also do choruses and several other funky effects, this makes me appreciate Tildearrow even more for this
The instruments consist of using both samples and wavetables and it helps minimize ARAM usage
Though unfortunately this is still an early build so it doesn't have any SPC export or ROMs so I'm still not sure if it's really going to work well on the real thing. But it's cool to mess around
