Robert Taylor, president of the Taylor group of companies, saw a need in the construction equipment industry for a Hyundai dealership location in central Mississippi. Because of his trust in the Hyundai brand and the people that work there, he prefers to only carry Hyundai excavators.
"We have been intrigued through some associations with with Hyundai, and saw the quality of the people, and quality of the of the product, and we like the way that they go to business," said Robert Taylor.
"They've been excellent at jumping on an issue when we've had an issue jumping on it getting the problem fixed driving it to the ground to get the root cause you know of the problem and and analyze it, and then come up with a solution, and and put parts in your hand quickly, to make that situation go away.
We went almost 8 months before we had a warranty claim! Now that is a huge statement to say you know, and and and then it was taken care of. When we first started and we were looking at this opportunity, we went and talked to customers and see what they liked and didn't like about it.
The key to it is putting product in the hands of the customer through rental you know and building your rental Fleet and and continually putting that product out there so they see it because
again when I say, once they actually have that product in their hands and they feel it and and you support it the the right way, and you take care of those needs that's where we we have return customers again and again and again.
I'm proud to say we have Hyundai excavators. We don't have three or four different lines of excavators. Through our whole footprint, we've stuck with Hyundai. We deal with the same set of parts, we deal with the same set of people, and we know the quality we know what to expect, and and having that wide array of product offering allows us to do that without having to go to a different brand we feel very very you know excited about the future of where we're headed and what we're going to do," Robert continued.
