This animation is dedicated to the amazing team leader of one of my favorite Toontown servers, Peter F. (aka Poppy Cheezycorn). I love his character and thought he would go well with the Hypnotic meme, so here it is!

I wanted to experiment with a lineless tweening animation style with this one. I think it turned out decent, but it may be a little janky in some areas as I'm still learning Adobe Animate. Hope you enjoy regardless! ^^
