You can get the Experience 4 enchant from the viking shop for 400k coins, cheaper than AH.
Scavenger 5 is available in dungeons for 15m (but unless you have a ton of coins, better to stick with scavenger 4)
Crafting any of the level 5 skills(by combining two level 4 books) is a lot cheaper than buying the level 5's off of the AH. But buying the level 4 and 6 enchants off the auction house is recommended.

Sharpness 5 - gravel 4 (sharpness 6 - dark auction)
Smite 6 instead of sharpness for revs - revenant t3+ boss
Bane of Arthropods 6 instead of sharpness for spiders - spider t3+ boss
Critical 6 - sven t3+ boss (critical 5 - diamond 5)
First Strike 4 - gravel 6
Giant Killer 5 - ghast tear 3
Execute 5 - diamond 2
Lethality 6 - floor 5 dungeons (lethality 5 - obsidian 2)
Ender Slayer 6 - the end shop (ender slayer 5 - ender pearl 3)
Cubism 5 - pumpkin 4
Impaling 3 - prismarine shard 1
Vampirism 5 - ghast tear 5 (vampirism 6 - top 250 reward spooky festival)
Life Steal 3 - unlocked automatically (life steal 4 - fear mongerer)
Looting 4 - gold ingot 3
Luck 6 - Jerry gifts (luck 5 - raw rabbit 5)
Scavenger 4 - Jerry gifts (scavenger 3 - gold ingot 6)
Experience 4 - viking shop (experience 3 - lapis lazuli 3)
Thunderlord 6 - floor 5 dungeons (thunderlord 5 - gunpowder 5)
Venomous 5 - spider eye 6
Cleave 5 (good, but might lower resale value of sword) - pufferfish 3
Dragon Hunter 5 (optional if rich and serious dragon hunter) - the end shop
