Because, it can be either one of the most healthy and impactful exercises a person can do, or, if done improperly and without great attention to safety and performance details, it can reinforce some compensation issues and lead to some problems down the road. Here is one technique requirement that you may not have heard us discuss before (outside of the SFG Certification, where this was filmed).
