It would appear I require more practice with this slashing maneuver... Anyway, my journey now takes me to the west, I'm not so sure why I chose west in particular, I just had a gut feeling, I think. This place is very much like the north, remnants of civilization along with the remains of it's inhabitants litter the paths of this region. Here too there are what I presume to be interlopers that have in some way caused or taken advantage of the events resulting in this state of ruin. I'm not sure if any remain to be saved, but it's clear these creatures are hostile, and their actions cannot go unanswered. I do have one more burning question in my mind... How are there wells up here when there's a sprawling metropolis-filled chasm beneath it?
