Hydrogen-powered car travels at 406 mph, setting a land speed record @WashingtonPost

British engineering company JCB set a new world record for land speed for a hydrogen-powered car, which reached more than 406.320 mph.

Wing Commander Andy Green OBE, who drove the car, said the vehicle would contribute to building a zero carbon future, as it primarily emits water vapor.
