This is being played on Flycast Dreamcast emulator which upscales and smooths out the polygons a lot. The game looks ace like this! I had the widescreen option on, but the game didn't go into wide-screen properly (I could see the water and other bits of the track, but bits of the course would be missing), so I ended up cropping all the 16:9 footage back into 4:3
