Reconnecting your hydraulic quick connect fittings is easy, but you first need to relieve pressure from the QuickJack system.
With this 5-second fix, you’ll never struggle with built-up fluid pressure again. That pressure is what lifts your car lift, but you need to get fluid back in the hydraulic fluid tank before disconnecting the hoses. It’s easy!
Many QuickJack users safely disconnect their portable car lift’s hydraulic quick connect fittings before getting under their cars. Doing so lets them move QuickJack’s long hoses out of the way, keeping their workspace clean. But, we’ve heard that some wrenchers are finding it hard to reconnect the hoses to lower the lift.
