Check out this rap written and performed by a very cool 11-year-old, Brody, who relays through rap the importance of staying hydrated while playing sports.

Dehydration not only hurts performance during activity but can also put a child at risk for a more serious heat-related illness, such as heat exhaustion or heat stroke. Young athletes are at a higher risk than adults for heat illnesses because they absorb heat faster and sweat less (which helps the body cool) than adults.
