5 years ago, Hurricane Ida made landfall near Port Fourchon, Louisiana as a Category 4. It brought 150mph winds to the state, and caused massive damage - including 100% of homes being damaged to Louisiana's infrastructure, leaving millions in the dark for prolonged outages. As the storm moved north, it dropped catastrophic rain and flash flooding across the Northeast. FOX Weather Senior Correspondent Robert Ray takes a look back:
