Clean-up is underway to repair damage from the flash flooding triggered by the remnants of Hurricane Debby, flooding that brought Governor Kathy Hochul to the North Country this week to thank volunteer firefighters and first responders who helped a NYS Swift Water Rescue Team save a family from a flooded campground in Canton.
