Hurricane balls are two ball bearings welded together. For some reason they attain,when you spin them on a smooth surface, terrific momentum. If you then blow on them after they are spinning, you can gradually build up to worrying speeds (claimed: 12,000 rpm though I don't think I've ever managed that). If you shine a coloured torch on them you get some neat visual illusive effects. I'm not even sure illusive is a word.
So anyway, I made this video, so you can enjoy my balls as much as I do.
