Got the idea and I had to do it.
Basically the second pregnancy for them isn't exactly wanted by Lana--she doesn't want to bring another baby into the world when Lucifer is risen and then later on in Heaven he realizes that one of her "happy" memories is when she left him and Johnny to join Lilith to try and bring her down (her plan failed and she just ended up alienating her husband a little).
It was one of her "happy" memories like Sam's college memory because she thought she was saving them and she helped Dean and Johnny get closer together AND found out more about her heritage in the process, which helped her.
So...MAJOR spoilers, but hey, we WILL be getting the story there.

- I really like this coloring, even with that glossy/glow effect.
- That scene with Dean watching Kate and Sam and Kate rushing to kiss Sam and Lana looking upset is to signify that even when on the outs, they have someone to remind them of how nice loving relationships can be even when theyre too upset to appreciate it.
- Yes, I HAD to do a I think he loves me best, Dean makes a face that scares Johnny and of course Lana is all, see why?...I couldnt help myself.
