HAPPY HUMP DAY to ALL! Unfortunately, I was not able to do my Wednesday Writing Live stream due to an adverse reaction to a medical procedure I had done Tuesday morning. I had envisioned that after the appointment I would be ready to work, work, work, and I did not get that at all. So I made a video of me spending time with my yard cat Kit and doing a voice over.
There are some wonderful ways that you can do mental and physical care. I do believe with all my heart that the best way to be your best creator, the best human you can be is to spend time in meditation with your thoughts, releasing negative energy, and allowing your creative energy to surface to the front of your mind, and onto the page for your readers.
