Left Roasters is a division of Humble Beast Records, an independent record label based in Portland Oregon. Our profession requires a significant amount of traveling, and because of this, we conduct a lot of our business in coffee shops. Not only is coffee delicious, it also carries a long tradition of bringing people together, which is something we strongly believe in. Furthermore, its production provides a source of livelihood, as well as a global communication between all who partake.
We have found that the coffee culture helps to generate the very things we are striving for at Humble Beast. When you visit your local coffee shop, you become a part of that community, seeing the regulars or visitors, and everyone shares in that experience together. We have also found that coffee gets people going. Not only does it provide a nice boost of energy, it also helps to stir creativity. So many of our ideas and breakthroughs have occurred while meeting together over a cup. And that’s what people do when they sit down for a cup of coffee. They talk, and to us, conversation encourages growth, enjoyment, and understanding.
So this is why we have decided to branch out and develop our own coffee. We have worked very hard to produce the highest quality in everything we do, and your enjoyment and support of Left will enable us to continue fulfilling our mission at Humble Beast. We believe it is our gift, and our goal to further community, creativity, and conversation, and coffee helps all of us do just that.
