How can we speed up the process for teaching AI what it should & shouldn’t do? Our new Human-AI Communications for Deontic Reasoning Devops (CODORD) Disruption Opportunity seeks to address the knowledge-authoring bottleneck that currently exists with AI systems by enabling spoken or written natural language (e.g. English, French, etc.) about obligations, permissions & prohibitions to be automatically translated into logical languages that an AI can understand and reason rigorously with to provide decision support.
