Human Sergeant is a cut HECU enemy from Half-Life 1, who originally was supposed to be a mini-boss and a leader for the human grunts. In Half-Life Resurgence, we expanded the NPC with more animations, allowing it to have multiple types of attacks including 3 melee attacks, its minigun and a grenade attack! We also gave it a "fearless" human AI (Detailed in the video) which makes it more difficult to defeat! Aside from these, we also recreated the Alpha Human Sergeant, which has its own unique animations, sounds and AI features! We also included a unique custom Alpha Human Sergeant who doesn't have a minigun, but instead he has a fast running animation where he chases his enemies and engages in hand combat!
