This means that the weaknesses and mistakes of individuals are the greatest predictors of market trends. And thus, the most valuable factor to uncover goes beyond numbers and charts. There can be no better factor in stock investing than to discover human behavioral tendencies. Thousands of years ago, we were already making financial decisions based on simple emotions and the cognitive biases of other people. We'll always continue to do so and so to play with this is to play with our inherent tendency towards irrationality to invest profitably.
