You kind of have a lot of options with your automatic weapons, but I'm going to cover the common 4. While of course we have things like blackmaw, Bonesaw, and Typewriter with open mod slots, those guns just aren't quite performing as well as the boss weapons right now, but feel free to use them if you want.
Plasma Cutter is the best boss killer around if you're consistent, so thats out for me.
C.Savior is probably the easiest gun in the game to use, just point and shoot, don't even have to deal with its mod.
Nightfall is still S-Tier Hands down, its soooo goood still.
