The iKier K40 Max has a very interesting feature that immediately caught my attention: its dual laser power system. With one-click switching between the lower-power engraving mode and higher-power cutting mode, the machine is designed to give you the precision needed for engraving while also providing much more cutting power when working with thicker materials.
And that could be a big deal for makers and small businesses. Instead of buying different laser modules for different jobs, the K40 Max combines these capabilities into one machine.
