Aicama Zorba is an English Mastiff, and the breed is known to grow up to 30 inches in height. The dogs can also tip the scales at 250 pounds or more, and Zorba holds the Guinness World Record for the heaviest dog in the world at 343 pounds. Their size worked well for their breed in the past because they took part in blood sports including baiting lions, bears, and bulls.
However, today, the gentle giants are perfect companions with mellow and even temperaments. That makes them excellent family dogs because of their easy-going nature, and a perfect go-in-between for families with kids who want either a dog or pony.

The Newfoundland is well known as a working dog, and unlike many other larger dog breeds it wasn't bred as a guard dog. The muscular dogs can haul in nets and lines from fishing boats, and they can also jump in the water and fetch items that fall overboard including people. They are exceptional swimmers and they have taken part in several successful sea rescues.
Most of the dogs stand at between 27 to 30 inches tall and weigh in at an estimated 150 pounds. Their thick double coat gives them the appearance of being even bigger than they are, and it also keeps them warm even when they are treading through icy waters.

It stands at around 23 to 27 inches tall and weighs in at between 125 to 150 pounds.
It might come off as average compared to other mastiffs, but its record-breaking massively huge head sets it apart. In fact, the Bordeaux mastiff is said to have the largest head on any canine in relation to its body size. Their primary role was guarding homes but they also served as cart pullers and flock watchers amongst other duties. They are energetic and active outdoors but turn mellow indoors.

At 175lbs, this dog's nickname is befitting because it is significantly large for a pet. Hulk can even stand on his hind legs to a towering 5 feet tall. Hulk's owners say that he's quite friendly despite his scary look. They even trust him to play around with their young son, and he is professionally trained as a guard dog.
It takes four pounds of ground beef mixed with supplements along with treats and regular dog meals to keep this dog well-fed every day. Hulk had 12 puppies last year, most of which are expected to end up being his size or even grow bigger.
