Today we discuss a new case that just landed at the Supreme Court today called Novotny v. Moore which is an FPC and 2AF case. The petition is due today and it is apparently ready to go. This case challenges "sensitive locations" related to carry. Similar laws exist in California, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Illinois and multiple other states so this could have a big effect nationwide.
