5. Upload Your video to YouTube and name it "Hufschmid 18th Anniversary entry - Your name"
6. Send a link to Your video via e-mail. Send to darek.niebonie@gmail.com. Place Your name and "Hufschmid competition" in the message title.

9. Winner will receive a set (two 6 string pickups - neck and bridge) handmade by Kent Armstrong himself in the U.S.A. These resin cast pickups are custom made for Hufschmid guitars and feature a unique dark flame maple texture/finish with Patrick initials .

11. 2nd place will receive worth 75 Euro, handmade Hufschmid guitar pick. 3rd place will receive honorable mention.

About the pickups:
The 'Corrosion' model is a high output passive bridge humbucker which retains the dynamic fullness that is often lost in typical 'high output' pickups. This creates a very versatile humbucker that is comfortable with crystal cleans and classic blues overdrive scenarios while excelling in high-gain modern rock tones. A perfect pickup for the contemporary shred all-rounder! The high output of the pickup leads to a lower noise flaw than in many more traditional pickups and produces a natural compression of the high frequencies which reduces the need for additional signal processing.
This pickup was used throughout the tracking of 'Beneath Dead Waves 'Inertia' new album!

Instead of lead wires, the connexions are done directly on solder tags which are used for ulimate long life. Threaded inserts are also fitted to the wings for the same reason.
Resin-cast humbuckers have another advantage of not having any plastic bobbins inside them. This allows the coil to be in direct contact with the magnetic field, which considerably improves the inductance of the coil, providing a nice tight tone.

The 'Rocker' model is a high output passive neck humbucker which retains the dynamic fullness that is often lost in typical 'high output' pickups. This warm, rounded pickup is the perfect compliment to the 'Corrosion' bridge model, offering fluid, sustaining tones with just the right amount of reduced treble and increased low midrange to match it's angrier bridge counterpart. At home in a modern high-gain scenario, this pickup also cleans up beautifully to offer smooth jazz clean tones and combines with the Corrosion to produce fantastic 'poppy' cleans ideal for funk and pop guitar parts.
